(Senior) HR Admin Advisor with French

For our Client, an international FMCG company, we are looking for a candidate for the position (Senior) HR Admin Advisor with French. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • provide support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and managing day-to-day HR operations,
  • building and creating an HR knowledge base for France,
  • identification of missing training materials/knowledge,
  • creating engaging and creative content and internal procedures in the HR area,
  • efficient resolution of HR matters on ServiceNow,
  • ensuring employee data is processed quickly and accurately in Success Factors and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • professional HR experience in HR administration in France,
  • ease of creating articles in the HR area,
  • excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
  • proficient knowledge of HR systems (Service Now preferred),
  • fluent knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2).
