Senior HR Administrator with Spanish

For our Client, an international company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior HR Administrator with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for document management related to employee hiring, exit, and contractual changes,
  • preparation of non-standard ad-hoc documents linked to employment processes,
  • preparation of new employment contracts, contract conversions, and renewals,
  • manage changes in contracts including salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc.
  • oversee benefits management for employees,
  • manage administrative processes for local and global mobility, including relocation and immigration,
  • review and manage leave requests along with supporting documentation,
  • monitor schedules and manage overtime/undertime,
  • maintain supporting documentation for time and attendance records,
  • consolidate time records input for payroll processing,
  • ensure data accuracy and update HR and payroll systems as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in hr administration and payroll area,
  • very good knowledge of English and Spanish (min. B2),
  • high level of attention to detail and accuracy,
  • communication skills, very good organization of work.
