HR Data Specialist with Spanish

For our Client, an international company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Data Specialist with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • execute Employee Lifecycle Changes: handle all aspects of employee lifecycle changes in HR systems including hiring, change of salary,  job changes, terminations, working hours, and leaves of absence and other job or personal data changes,
  • maintain  records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations,
  • keep the employee database up-to-date,
  • closely collaborate with group HR and finance functions, to ensure a smooth payroll processing,
  • ensure employment documentation, payroll and benefits payments and rules are compliant with company policies and applicable external regulations,
  • prepare reports and analyzes regarding remuneration and employment.

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • knowledge of  hr administration and payroll processes,
  • very good knowledge of English and Spanish (min.B2),
  • high level of attention to detail and accuracy,
  • communication skills, very good organization of work.
