Job description:
In Shell Krakow, we are growing the engineering team, consisting of people from different backgrounds and industries who have expertise in areas such as equipment services and maintenance.
We are looking for Mechanical Engineers, with the knowledge related to rotating equipment, Reliability Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, Maintenance Specialists skilled with usage of SAP or Maximo, Schedulers knowing the Primavera to join our team in the year 2020
We are looking for candidates at all Seniority level.
Please note, we will not have entry level position within 2020.

Minimum 3 years of overall working experience in in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals /Energy/ Maintenance

Strong proficiency in using English for both spoken and written communication

Virtual working experience/ International Project management
Depending on the position, required to know one or more from following areas:
-
Erection & commissioning/ operations and maintenance of heavy rotating equipment like turbines, engines (preferably natural gas engines), compressors (preferably reciprocating compressors), centrifugal pumps etc., / inspection & maintenance of static equipment like columns, safety valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers.

Experience in preparing the maintenance work instructions, task lists, work packs, work and manpower estimation for major maintenance/overhauling of instruments calibration, installation, stroke checking etc. in various rotary/static equipment available in oil and gas industry.

Design, maintenance, troubleshooting experience and Knowledge of rotating machines.

Understanding the functions of the various equipment’s and instruments and also thorough knowledge of reading/ interpreting the engineering drawings (P&IDs, PEFS, PFDs).

Hands on Experience in Plant Maintenance area within oil & gas and Petro-chemical complex as an engineering/end user of SAP PM Module/ Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Experience in Technical Data and Documents management and Data Analysis: Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA), Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)

Support in Development of comprehensive plans (Projects-Green field & Brownfield/Maintenance/Turnaround/Shutdowns) and schedule it in MS Project/Primavera P6
