Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

  • fluent in German and English
  • legal background
  • minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • knowledge of contracting law
  • experience in reviewing/ redlining commercial contracts, also for complex deals
  • experience in contract handover to Business
  • experience in contract negotiations
  • very good understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions
  • able to advise management of contractual rights and obligations
  • experience in discussing legal matters with different stakeholders
  • understanding of outsourcing Business, delivery oriented
  • excellent attention to details, high level of diligence
  • excellent communication skills, including dealing with VP level
  • ability to work under pressure, to deal with multiple tasks

What will you do?

What will you do?

The role involves performing contracts analysis for all contract types. Person shall be able to identify and explain the risks to Business. It may also involve support during negotiations. The role involves being responsible for managing client relationship. It may require supervision of the team.


General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
● provide legal support for the business
● secure legal/contractual obligations in compliance with Group’s policies;
● analyzing, drafting agreements
● provide adequate advise on contractual commitments for account/delivery teams;
● communicate effectively on legal matters to account/delivery teams as well as finance, commercial
● supervise junior team members
