We are now looking for a second Leader to head up one of our Regulatory Reporting teams in Lodz.

Welcome to the Regulatory Reporting unit. We add value by providing quality reporting, on time to both internal and external stakeholders. We work towards central bank and financial authorities, such as European central bank. As Head of Quality Assurance & Control, you’ll play a valuable role in transforming and shaping the Regulatory Reporting landscape in Nordea and be part of a management team in Sweden, Finland and Poland.

Your experience and background:

• Bachelor's Degree within finance, economics or engineering
• A minimum of 3 years leadership experience
• Knowledge of accounting
• Desirable of you have agile/lean experience and are familiar with the principles and techniques used
