You will collaborate with various stakeholders regarding Markets websites and discover digital marketing world from different angle
What will you do?
Analyze market requests regarding content management system and frontend defects on websites
Assisting markets during the process of solving their queries – from defining the root cause to providing a final solution
Raise tickets to the next IT levels providing comprehensive issue description and handle them according to the process
Queue management, tracking and updating tickets with current status
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to Client
What do we expect?
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience in Customer Service
Detail oriented and problem solving
Good written and verbal communication skills
Technical background in CMS system (nice to have)
