Your responsibilities would include:

• Knowledge of Polish Labor Law regulations
• Being responsible for Employee Life Cycle
• Preparing ad hoc and regular HR reports
• Preparing Payroll data
• Administration of benefits
• Being an advisor for Employees, Team Leaders and Managers
• Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
• Managing HR Data and Employee Files ensuring information captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
• Supporting performance management process in a cooperation with Business Partners
• Providing Operational support to HR projects across the HEINEKEN Kraków
• Knowledge of rules of hiring foreigners (as an asset)

You are The Candidate if:

• You have experience in HR Services
• You have knowledge of Polish Labor Law
• You have very good command of English (minimum B2)
• You have good MS Office and data base skills
• You approach work with passion and engagement
• You act proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
• You have got customer focus orientation
• You are motivated to improve HR knowledge and skills
• You have educational background in HR (as an asset)
• knowledge of SAP HR (desirable)
