Responsibilities:
- discuss and present Internal Audit observations to local and senior management,
- manage and execute the audit observations and recommendations plan,
- perform audit projects following established guidelines and standards,
- work independently or as part of a team as required,
- ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures,
- conduct audit testing and identify and reports audit issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in audit (preferably within a BIG4),
- professional qualifications (CIA, ACCA) may be an advantage,
- minimum Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance,
- excellent communication and analytical skills,
- ready for business traveling (up to 70%),
- fluent English is necessary, Russian would be an advantage.
