L3 Windows Servers Administrator
Work place: Warszawa
The team is based in Warsaw and is part of a global Level 3 support for Citi Servers worldwide. We provide support to the corporate part of Citi financial services – the most exciting and challenging business in the finance industry. We work hand by hand with multiple international application and infrastructure teams across the world on daily basis. The environment comprises of over 8000 Intel and VMware servers which are running Windows 2012 and 2016 systems.
What will you do in this role?
- Resolve server problems in highly complex and business critical environment
- Plan and execute stability oriented server upgrades and changes
- Lead work between various multicultural teams within IT technology
- Support for application releases and audit reporting
- Support for the continuity of business planning and testing
- Have opportunity to use your scripting skills in wide server environment
You should feel proficient with most of below requirements:
Technical skills:
- At least 3 years Experience in Windows 2008/20012/2016 Systems administration
- Experience in performance troubleshooting on clustered servers with external storage
- Skills to develop admin solutions using PowerShell and other tools
- Strong knowledge of File system/Volume Management
- Knowledge of HP server products and associated support tools
- Experience with VMware will be highly appreciated
- IIS knowledge would be an advantage
Soft skills you should posses:
- Good English command is a basic requirement
- Motivated team member who should be able to drive team and individual projects
- Able to conduct clear written and verbal communication both in technical and business language
