The Infrastructure Manager is an intermediate level role responsible executing technology infrastructure strategy, ensuring technical guidance and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure teams. The overall objective is to coordinate, manage and advise a team of professionals on technical and strategic concepts and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build high performing team of technology engineers and specialists
- Be the part of the team; influence organizational culture which supports personal development, client centricity and digitalization mindset
- Seek for synergies, eliminate waste and continually improve processes and services within entire Technology Infrastructure department
- Proactively resolve internal client problems by searching for new end-user computer devices, performing testing & feasibility studies and certifying (implementing) the best choice solutions
- Design, build and operate services that are key to effective IT Assets (Computer, Communication and Collaboration Hardware) delivery
- Design and implement tooling and automations for effective capture of client needs and support measurements, metrics & reporting
- Verify adherence to control, risk and supplier management standards & processes
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Technology or Operational role with people management experience
- Experience in technology infrastructure end user products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Polish preferable (written and spoken)
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
