We are hiring an IT Business Analyst to join our R&D Team. You will work alongside other business analysts, business team, technical team, developer team, project managers.

Your main tasks will include:

• performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing

• participating in exclusive process to find innovative solutions

To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be innovative and creative person who be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and getting buy in from the business part of organization.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, finding areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
• Define and analyze enhancements and assist in redesigning business processes and process automation
• Collaborating with cross functional colleagues
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Performing requirements analysis
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
• Working closely with internal business, technicians, developers
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Managing small projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
• BA background – min. 2 year
• Knowledge of business analysis processes
• BPMN, UML knowledge
• ​Clear and concise written and verbal communication both in English and Polish
• Knowledge of analytical artifacts process modeling, user requirement documentation, functional requirements, design thinking, decision table
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Practical knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Working well in a small team
