You are responsible for
- Monitoring of processes relating to the performance of our Installed Base data
- Acting as the eyes of the service organisation to detect defects in our Installed Base performance
- Analyse service operations and performance trends
- Collate analyses and define corrective actions to delivery issues
- Collaborate across diverse areas of the business
- Initiate improvement planning in line with company problem solving standards
- Handle escalations to ensure timely analysis, registration and action
You are a part of
You will be part of the Global Services and Solutions Delivery – Order to Cash. Our team is responsible for developing capabilities that allow our market and business teams to operate with a harmonized focus. We work closely with our market and business partners to improve processes and bring new tooling to enable more efficient execution of customer demands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- University degree
- Lean Six Sigma practitioner
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage with diverse cultures
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in analytical / operations roles
