In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:

Senior Applications Analyst (Oracle Process Manufacturing), Kraków

Location: Kraków

Skills

12+ years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing
5+ Oracle Process Manufacturing Implementation experience preferably in Paper industry or similar
Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting and testing of OPM modules - Product development, MES, Quality, Cost Management, Regulatory Management
Good knowledge of Other Oracle Modules SCM- Procurement, inventory, order management is preferred
Should be good in Customer Facing Role.
Good in Communication and Articulation
Domain experience in Process Manufacturing preferably in Paper Industry

Responsibilities

Conducting/assisting in initial workshops (CRP) for capturing requirements and confirming solution
Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including POC, testing cycles
Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes
Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts
Functionally designing legacy data conversion approach and solution, including other gaps the solution may have
Work with global team and teams across locations
Work on support issues in Oracle process manufacturing
Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager
Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals
Configuring multiple instances and creating BR100
Flexibility to work in shifts and remote
