Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Gain additional knowledge in Service Parts and grow as a team member to promote saving lives through cross-functional work with integrity and help to drive operational excellence in everything you touch.

You will be responsible for

• Monitoring the EIM SharePoint (data services, data project services and digital and reporting services) to pull and analyze data, segment to each BU and identify to map material type for configurable material;
• Preparing, generating reports for appropriate Service Bill of Materials (SBOM);
• Cross-checking data for SBOM mapping submissions into financial review and SBOM addition;
• Comparing data against active parts on existing SBOMS for duplications and part increments. Review current QlikView SBOM lists for unmapped last materials, analyze those and submit for financial review and SBOM addition;
• Increasing suppliers around existing parts requirements for products through end-of-life;
• Administering the Business Document Management System on SharePoint for non-operational documents across the SPS and PLCM team (procedures, processes, templates and work instructions);

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Graduate with bachelor or master’s degree;
• Knowledge of the SAP system;
• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint), SharePoint (Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - nice to have);
• Be process oriented and have the ability to investigate and analyze information with attention to details;
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently;
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and thrive in a challenging work environment;
• Project management and excellent communication skills;
