Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
work within a truly international team of 7, which is operating at the point where HealthCare meets IT Solutions. You will gain experience coping with internal and external stakeholders.
You are responsible for
- Managing the install base of Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) solutions and related promotional and service activities
- Supporting the creation and implementation of campaigns and events dedicated to EDI, with a particular focus on processes related to the install base (service contracts, upgrade)
- Cooperation with customer service, service engineers and BIU (Business Innovation Unit) in the field of reporting processes within newly installed and existing EDI solutions
- Support of sales and customer service teams in the preparation of promotional materials
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- You are currently studying in the field related to Bioengineering, IT or other similar
- Fluent English is a must
- You are highly motivated to learn and develop professionally within HealthCare and IT Solution areas
- MS Office applications, including Excel
- Good communication skills
- Availability at least 20h/ week
