Your role

Do you have legal or financial background? Are you well organized with an eye to detail? Are you interested in investment banking and financial instruments? We are looking for someone like you to join our legal documentation team and:
– prepare documentation in relation to UBS products issued in UK (drafting, finalizing & releasing documentation)
– prepare Final Terms for Structured Products under EU prospectus regime
– review Medium-Term Note Program Updates, Supplements and other program related documents
– liaise with internal UBS teams (e.g. Legal, Operations, Trading) through various communication channels in order to efficiently close the issuance process

Your team

You’ll be working in the Product Documentation London in Group General Counsel Krakow. Our role is to analyse and prepare documentation for complex financial instruments. We cooperate closely with different business units of UBS Investment Bank in process of issuance of structured products.

Your expertise

– a university degree in Law
– 3-5 years of professional experience within legal area
– fluency in English (C1), German (B2/C1) would be an asset
– strong interest in financial instruments and markets
– exact and detail oriented
– able to understand complex legal documentation
– able to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
– a great communicator, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels in the organization
– team player with the drive and enthusiasm to learn
