Your role
Main responsibilities:
• Operations Technical Support for various IT applications focusing in monitoring tools like Netcool, Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Splunk, BigFix as well as other automation tools
• Participation in different projects, e.g. migrating application onto new Infrastructure, design automations for self-healing
• Managing interface to our L3 support by addressing issues and keeping track of these issues until they are solved
• Deploying new Software Releases for the mentioned tools
• Provide documentation and training to our clients globally
Your team
We are looking for a new team member to join our team. In this role you will be part of a high-performing team of Operations Support Engineers. You will meet a committed, quality driven and very technical team understanding various tools in the IT area. You will join an international team who operates around the globe. We are strengthening our presence in Poland as we are bringing in new tools to be supported to the team. The team is completed by a broader team of Operations Support specialists who are focused on L2/L3 support for various other tools supporting the ITIL processes. Beside the supporting capabilities the team is developing and supporting various other smaller tools.
Your expertise
Requirements:
• Studying or completed Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Unix systems, basic scripting knowledge
• Understanding of Relational Databases
• Very proactive, able to work in a team
• Good communicator with a management level in English
• Stays calm and keeps focused in hectic situations
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of any of the following tools would be an advantage: Netcool, Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Splunk, BigFix, Elasticsearch, Loom, Kafka, IPcenter or Automation Anywhere
