Testing and Configuration Management Senior Specialist

Mostly, you will:
- Provide dedicated resolution and configuration management services by receiving, tracking, prioritizing, executing and testing inquiries, and requests for service (Coordinate with client, team and different IT departments issues till final resolution);
- Participate in testing of planned solutions prior final release;
- Proactively spotting process and knowledge gaps and offering solutions;
- Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and proper quality;
- Analyze and report issues to client.
What do we expect from you?
- Completed (or in progress) technical studies (IT, Engineering);
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service (in the client/IT support);
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills - very good English (reading & writing - C1 level);
- Technical problem-solving abilities and proactive ("ToDo") attitude;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in delivering Configuration Management and Escalation processes - nice to have.
Other qualifications (nice to have):
- Knowledge on Atlassian tools will be a plus (JIRA, Confluence);
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall approach.
