Your role

Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly and know how to solve problems in elegant way? Do you have sharp analytic and financial controlling skills?
We're looking for someone who will:
• maintain financial data to support the monthly reporting & analysis of cost and headcount
• own the monthly submission of accruals, budget shifts, forecasts, etc.
• support the preparation of the forecasts and financial plans
• understand the drivers behind the financial development, contribute to accurate analyses and take ownership in improving the quality of our reporting and forecasting processes
• be the administrator of various tools to manage access rights and other data
• utilise your skills and knowledge to support strategic initiatives and projects
• communicates pro-actively to drive collaboration and process improvements across local teams, functions and borders

Your team

You will join Group General Counsel Cost, Business management and SRI / White team. Our team supports and manages processes across all divisions within Legal area. We focus on cost management, planning and forecasting, delivering change for Group Legal and providing business management and operations support services.

Our team is based in Zabierzów, Eximus Park.

Your expertise

• bachelor degree
• experience in the financial area
• very good communication skills and the ability to work with various levels of stakeholders
• working proficiency in usage of MS Office Package
• excellent attention to detail combined with strong numerical and analytical skills
• very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• fluent in English
• a self-starter willing to go the extra mile
• highly organized and detail-orientated with strong time-management skills
• able to challenge / influence / facilitate and guide
