Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?

We’re looking for a Business Manager to join IB TECH COO team to:

• understand the priorities and strategic goals of the business and function by supporting delivery progress against the strategic roadmaps
• ensure compliance across all processes and ensure governance adherence for IB Technology
• rapid response to ad-hoc management information requests
• support the Annual 3 Year Planning process and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to support enable agile
• ensure the delivery of consistently high quality information to the Management team and other Senior Management stakeholders
• drive integration between CA-PPM and other strategic tools within IB TECH

Your team

You’ll be working in the Investment Bank Technology (IB TECH) team in Krakow reporting into the IB Portfolio Manager. You will partner with the Technology Program Manager and Business to drive consistency, transparency and accuracy for the Investment Bank Technology Investment Portfolio. You will have a passion for process optimization and stakeholder engagement.

– experience in a role like this
