Your role

The Information Security Manager for Third Parties is a member of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) organization, reporting into the Head of CIS Governance, Policy and Strategy. On this role you will be responsible for:

• Take responsibility to manage information security related risks, stemming from dependencies and interactions with third parties, vendors and suppliers
• Will be a key player to drive discussions on how to effectively manage third party CIS risk assessments
• Will develop and own CIS Third Party Risk Management minimum requirements and risk methodologies
• Has a good understanding of the regulatory requirements but also industry best practices
• Develop and good understanding of Information Security topics
• Drive senior stakeholders globally

Your team

The CISO organization protects, preserves and prolongs the value of UBS data and digital services and therefore enhance UBS’s brand and competitiveness in a digitized world. CISO is accountable for:
• Managing cyber risk across the Firm
• Reporting and prioritizing risk management remediation
• Reducing exposure by implementing – in collaboration with business – Cyber and Information Security (CIS) controls and risk remediation programs. You will be working in Eximius Business Park in Zabierzów.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Minimum 5 years Information Security experience
• Substantial experience within the Financial Industry with a focus on Information Security
• Solid understanding of Banking business and especially of control and business enabling functions (e.g. IT, Operations, Third Party Risk Management)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Interacts well with all levels of employees within a global organization
• Persuasive oral presentation skills
• Independent, accountable, hands-on.
• Team player who is willing to work independently
• Fluent English speaker - written and verbal
