As a Communication & Change Consultant, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. About the job
You will be a vital resource in our Business Change Management team as you support the projects and practice leads in implementing change from a customer/end-user perspective. You will provide project management, change management, communication and analytical assistance.
Your tasks will include:
- Create and execute on the Change management plans
- Support the Agile team work in various areas, especially in comms and ChM
- Stakeholder management
- Design of guidelines and training materials
- Ad hoc administrative tasks in relation to project management; e.g. updating of project plans, coordinating stakeholder meetings, scheduling trainings etc.
Last, but not least, you will step in to a team with many ongoing tasks and projects where we all help each other succeed.
Who are you?
You have a business Master’s degree combined with a commercial mindset and some experience as Project Manager or as a Consultant. In addition, you have the ability and willingness to grasp complicated information and translate the essence into a relevant overview.
Your analytical skills and the ability to deliver in an independent and structured way is a prerequisite. You have strong skills within PowerPoint and Excel as well as a natural curiosity and anxiety to learn more and share your knowledge. Working in a dynamic environment, you must be capable of handling and solving many tasks simultaneously.
As a person you have an extrovert and forthcoming attitude and are able to form a solid overview while being steps ahead in order to prepare the necessary activities. You are independent and have a positive mindset combined with a high level of energy. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator in English.

Global Shared Services consists of multiple functions that are all placed in the Neptun building in Gdansk – with colourful offices and a beautiful sea view.
As of now, we have an IT Operations and an IT Solutions division dedicated to SAP as well as a variety of app development and implementation projects. Our procurement and finance functions support a wide array of processes such as purchasing, distribution and sales globally.
