In this role you be IWD Project Data Analyst in which you analyse based on data and interaction with sites and Delivery model leaders as well with the global IWD productivity opertunities.
You also will in close cooperation with the project leads drive for implementation on the specific Process changes required to unlock the productivity improvements.
You are responsible for
- Data analytics and activity reporting in the productivity
- Drive analytics based on TMS/WMS data
- Be a project member where you actively help to drive the improvements and process changes
- Reports on project team performance to the hierarchical superior
- Drive organizational change management activities to drive adoption of project results
- Provides expert resolution of issues and monitors integration of work
You are a part of
our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. You will be part of PCT team in Lodz with a Global scope involving all global PCT’s and will be part of the Global IWD team in Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Change management skills.
- Advance level of experience with Data analytics tool like Tableau and Click sense
- Affinity with the world of Transportation and warehousing
- Organized and structural planning capabilities with a focus on delivering results
- Advance level of English language
- Excellent in MS office tools, specific in Excel and Powerpoint
- SAP/ TMS Knowledge
- Experience in Transportation and Warehousing is an advantage
- Lean experience
