In this role, you have the opportunity to

Business analyst will drive analysis and power by data key ventures in GBS.

Provided analysis support Hub reporting process and enable initiation and optimal conduction of problem solving and standardization activities in order to establish optimal E2E value chain.

Business analyst will work in close cooperation with Project Managers.

You are responsible for

• Increase the power of analytics in cooperation with GBS performance team.
• Continuously improve GBS reporting capabilities.
• Support KPIs reporting and analysis.
• Support Hub MPR analysis.
• Power VSM and Problem Solving initiatives by data.
• Support SMEs and Leadership Team with data analysis.

Key Performance Indicators

• Delivery: Services KPIs within target as % of all service KPIs, Quantity of L4 process / capability offered by Hub
• Quality: Quantity of process PEPF compliant
• Cost: Productivity savings

You are a part of

The passionate and driven Global Business Services (GBS) business group. You are reporting to PMO Leader. Job holder has no direct reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Min. bachelor's degree
• Min. 4 years of experience in at least one of following areas: risk management /finance analytics /SCM analytics /CS analytics /fraud /compliance analytics /marketing analytics
• Ability to use data for exploratory, descriptive, inferential, prescriptive, and advanced analytics
• Ability to share dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from data
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Advanced in Excel incl. VBA
• Experience in Tableau/Qlik/Open source Java visualization will be an asset
• Strong exposure to statistics - predictive analytics (experience with Six Sigma will be a strong asset)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful with ability to multitask
• Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
