In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

• Understanding Market requirements for the delivery of a Service Hub concept.
• Developing and analysing key requirements with solutions to a regional service provision model
• Ensure requirements are scoped and resourced within the Service Hub
• Act as workstream owner for organisation development and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Support financial AOP activity, utilising Market knowledge to provision the programme team with relevant data streams

You will be part of the Services and Solution Delivery team, in the Order to Cash Function. This fast growing team will deliver a new way of Service provisioning, changing the way our customers view us as a Service business, with improved first time fix and time to system up

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Degree qualified, preferably with an analytical background
• A knowledge of the Philips infrastructure, with knowledge of Services in the Health Systems Business
• Ability to influence and challenge senior personnel, as well as the wider team associated with the programme
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as well as an ability to use multiple IT platforms
• Fluent in English with further language skills advantage
