Delivery Fulfilment Team Lead
Work location: Shell Energy Campus, Czerwone Maki 85

Job description:

To lead the Delivery Fulfillment Team in order to support and reconcile product loading and delivery to customers or Shell's sites through the Order to delivery process using SAP and IT support tools in a timely and efficient manner.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Secure that team clear load and delivery confirmation error logs, process product loads and deliveries as per agreed SLA and delivery promise to our customers
  • Secure that team effectively manage customers’ disputes by amending shipments to the correct product, quantity and customer
  • Secure that team effectively supports investigation of stock differences at the depot / customer’s Retail sites while co-operating with HC Inventory and Wetstock/RSAA teams and provide necessary shipment amendments in case of need
  • Support the team achieving the targets via continuous performance management, professional support and alignment with other functions
  • Secure that team members have the right capability and able to grow
  • Secure proper stakeholder management within and outside T&S Operations
  • Ensure team has proper performance management in place within Supply and distribution process as well proper feedback loop to drive improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local country regulations,
  • High engagement and usage of process expertise to deliver business projects on time
  • Drive improvements and support team to eliminate waste and focus on value adding activities as part of the continuous improvement culture
  • Active part of the T&S Operations leadership team as well in E2E initiatives
  • Act as a delivery fulfilment advisor in case it is required for the proper backup structure

Dimensions:

CEE & Russia cluster with 5-6 direct reports (6 countries)
Planned growth:
• Poland: currently 414 sites; planned growth to 800 by 2022
• Russia: from currently 205 VMI Retail sites to 638 sites by 2027

Requirements:
• Has previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, FO or Customer Service
• Commercial mindset & external focus
• Stakeholder management, collaboration skills

• Priority setting in a hectic operational environment
• LEAN awareness
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent English language skills (C1)
