Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of CIS procedures and industry standards
• Build and maintain with CIS Clients, Operations teams, Account Management and other stakeholders
• Offer advanced solutions for CIS processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Oversee the Client projects, complex query resolution and sensitive orders in collective investments, while representing a processing teams, and acting as the analytical and procedural expert
• Assist with the development of new techniques and streamlining fund order processing
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience (Custody, Middle Office, Securities and Collective Investments order processing, Institutional Customer Service)
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent professional English

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
