Your role
Do you want to play a key role in driving projects for Global Wealth Management (GWM)? We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join Investment & Trading Platforms (ITP). Within ITP you will be part of the Change Initiatives & IT Governance team in Poland. In your role, you will work globally and collaborate with international locations.Specifically, this role would require you to:
• independently support key initiatives with impact for GWM in general and ITP in specific
• develop consistent analysis, clear structure and recommendation for action that is tuned to purpose and audience
• align results with the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and reliably manage progress
• challenge the status-quo, develop actionable proposals and drive implementation
• put the client needs and interests at the center of our business activities
• establish a powerful personal network within UBS and beyond
Your team
You’ll be working in the ITP Change Initiatives & IT Governance team in Poland. You will be joining the team responsible for developing and implementing key change initiatives for ITP and managing the respective IT budget.
Your expertise
• University degree, preferably in banking / finance / economics -related discipline
• at least 2 years of experience in project management and implementation
• proficient language skills in English; German is a plus
• excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• strong stakeholder management skills
• ability to simplify and document complex topics for a broad stakeholder base
• ability to work within tight timelines on multiple topics simultaneously
• a dependable team player contributing to the team objectives
• willing to keep learning and continually self-improve
• an excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• well organized, with a sense of how to prioritize
• able to see an issue from multiple angles / perspectives while maintaining an overall big picture
