Your role
Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? We’re looking for someone like you to:
– act as a focal point of contact between the business stream and the Service Delivery teams
– raising, manage and monitoring the following requests types: server install, move, upgrade, decommission and storage change
– builds a relationship with the Business Streams to understand their priorities
– communicate to the Service Delivery teams the business demand and escalates issues that would prevent delivery
– manage priority and project related requests to the agreed timescales with regular reporting and updates
– produce weekly reports on request status highlighting
– suggest changes for enhancement to the tools, workflow, process and reporting
– investigate issues/ bugs found within the service request workflow
– assist in reconciliation efforts to manage the local hardware inventory
– manage internal project
Your team
You’ll be working in the Service Request Fulfillment team in Krakow. We are a global team responsible to provide oversight and technical support for server implementations across business streams. The main region you’re going to be responsible for is CH/EMEA, but their can also be global projects.
Your expertise
You have:
- an experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Administrator
- a good knowledge of IT infrastructure including Servers, Storage and Network
- a good knowledge of Data Centers and how they relate to Servers and Storage
- understand the processes required to install, change, move and decommission hardware.
- good interpersonal skills as the role involves coordinating various resources and communicating clearly to Service Delivery teams, the Customers and Senior Management
- good working experience with MS Excel to an intermediate level (pivot tables etc).
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- degree level education
You are:
- a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
- capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
- fluent in English
