In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead and execute projects that enable the success of both the HR and Enabling Functions strategies, and work on activities that support the HR Business Partners in this scope. Your main focus area will be people initiatives within Group Financial Departments.
You are responsible for
You will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of HR projects associated with different elements of our people strategy. Collaborating closely with both the HR team and employees and leaders from the Enabling Functions, you will need to apply project management tools, principles and practices, and ensure full transparency and quality control through the entire lifecycle of your projects. You will also work on ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support with execution and/or lead several Enabling Functions HR projects (e.g. learning and development, organizational design and standardization, engagement , reporting, KPI monitoring)
- Responsible for the implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information, budget) and organization
- Report on the progress of the project(s) with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to PMO/HR Business Partners, senior management and to the project members
- Define the risk of the project and develop scenarios to mitigate those risks
- Manage change related to project activities and stakeholders involved
- Coordinate the development and execution of project communication strategy towards all stakeholders
- Ensure that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge
- Work on reporting and data analysis requests from HR Business Partners
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Practical understanding and experience in key HR processes and practices
- Over three years of experience in project management
- PMI-project management training nice to have
- Masters’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field, such as Human Resources
- Excellent planning skills and preferably experienced with MS- project
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment to ensure milestones/deliverables are met
- Good stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and management (and use of Microsoft Excel), and ability to interpret complex data and present it back to stakeholders in a simple manner
- Mastery of the English language, both in its verbal and written forms
