Job Purpose:
Responsible for sourcing and managing a pipeline of relevant candidates for Talent Acquisition within the Citi Solutions Centres (CSCs) in EMEA.
Job Background/Context:
This role is part of the ongoing Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation . One of our key priorities is operational excellence which includes the creation of a globally consistent in-house sourcing model. We are therefore recruiting high calibre individuals to join our sourcing team. The sourcing team is responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, search and intelligence for our high volume locations, the Citi Solutions Centres in Belfast, Dublin, Poland, CE5 and RUK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally manage high volume of entry level and specialist applications and sourcing
- Conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Work in partnership with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team to leverage appropriate channels to secure a candidate pipeline for roles
- Work closely with team recruiters to understand role requirements and provide sourcing advisory and candidate feedback
- Use Citi’s applicant tracking system and other sourcing technology to ensure data quality and measurement
- Perform against a set of measures and continually improve outcomes – contributes to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for the Citi Solutions Centres segment
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Knowledge / Experience:
- Experience in sourcing within a high volume environment
- Experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within the recruitment agency industry
- Knowledge of hign volume ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and engage active and passive candidates by utilizing sourcing techniques
- Credibility with candidates and leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume of open sourcing needs at a time
- Knowledge of using Workday and Avature would be a benefit
- Experience of managing candidates through a recruitment process
- Proven ability to source talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities, either via partners or directly
- Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes
- Experience gained in Financial Services or similar environment preferred
Qualifications:
Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
