Your responsibilities would include:
  • Complete the following Cash Application processes:
    • Manage electronic payments process;
    • Posting and allocating payments from bank statements;
    • Allocating payments according to remittances received;
    • Matching payment with invoices on customers accounts;
    • Maintain integrity of customer ledger for both credit notes and customer payments;
    • Process customer refunds where required;
    • Execute direct debit process;
    • Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues;
    • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and propose any improvements in the process.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with customers, employees, local Operating Companies (OpCos) and other key stakeholders.
  • Consistently adhere to Global and HGSS procedures, policies and regulations for areas including Tax, Credit policy, Order to Cash, etc.

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have fluent knowledge of English
  • You have experience in Order to Cash/Finance/Accountancy area
  • You have attention to details and accuracy
  • Educational background in finance would be an asset
  • You have systems knowledge - intermediate level of Excel required, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have ability to work within a team
