WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT:

• 5+ years' experience in business travel industry, travel agency background a plus;
• familiarity and comfortable with use and management of travel technology;
• at ease with data and reporting (Excel, pivot tables, etc.);
• strong organizational skills, thorough and details-oriented;
• self-starter, capable of independent work;
• fluent English spoken and written, other major European languages a plus;
• familiarity with Amadeus Cytric online booking tool is a plus.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented people to join us in Finance Department in Krakow, Poland. The Global Travel Lead at PMI is responsible for leading, administrating, and defining the strategy for the PMI global business program in 83 countries worldwide.

AS A GLOBAL TRAVEL LEAD, YOU WILL:

• lead relationship with 4 global travel agencies (regular calls, quarterly/yearly business reviews, payment problems, service-level issues, data/reporting errors, incident resolution);
• manage travel suppliers and vendors (collaborate with Procurement to negotiate contracts and run RFPs for travel agencies, online booking tool, global hotel program, airlines, car rentals, & other services);
• lead travel agency migration projects (attend calls, supply information, validate configurations);
• lead online booking tool migration projects (attend calls, supply information, oversee user acceptance tests);
• administer Amadeus Cytric booking tool; resolve issues, evaluate change requests based on business value, risks, and feasibility. Open support tickets and work orders with vendor, follow progress, test and validate implemented changes;
• define long-term sourcing strategy with Procurement concerning travel agencies, booking tool, airlines, hotel program;
• create and manage the travel technology roadmap as well as risks and dependencies;
• supply travel data and provide business needs to Reporting and Data Analytics team.
