You are responsible for

• Managing the credit notes process
• Processing credit note activities in SAP and other supporting applications
• Processing credit note changes due to Customer or Market requests
• Managing and processing sales order activities in SAP and other supporting applications
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers
• Reporting, monitoring and control of credit notes in an organized and compliant manner
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

Our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our transactional processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 1-2 years of experience within Order Management/After Sales Support/ Customer Service or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of SAP would be an asset)
• Fluent Czech and very good level of English
• Well- developed analytical skills with ability to identify improvements opportunities
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills (to markets and customers)
• Cultural awareness, pro-active behavior and willingness to learn
