Your role

Are you highly organized, do you keep an eye on important details? Do you like working with people and for people? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
• take full responsibility for the delivery of high quality HR vetting operational services in accordance with UBS policy and processes
• administering vetting cases for internal and external staff in accordance with UBS certified vetting vendors, conducting UBS internal background checks, and initiating the vetting escalation process if needed
• ensure accurate data updates in the HR systems as well as provide standardized and customized reporting on vetting execution to relevant stakeholders
• focus on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner
• perform controls on UBS suppliers to ensure that they perform the vetting in accordance to UBS policy
• work in close collaboration with the central vetting team and prepare samples for supplier audits
• perform audits on suppliers vetting evidence and prepare the results in meaningful presentations
• support and ensure remediation of any issue identified during audit in the agreed timeline

Your expertise

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
• ideally 3 years of previous experience in HR operations or Risk or a similar position
• used to work in Global organizations
• firm grasp and interest for new topics,
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
• excellent command of English - both written and spoken
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player
