Your role
Have you performed a PMO or HR role looking at how to create a flexible workforce? Do you have skills to analyse, forecast, plan workforce supply and demand? Can you assess gaps and determine target talent management to ensure that we have the right people, the right skills, in the right place at the right time?
If you have, we’re looking for an HRIT Workforce Management Lead to:
• Ensure adherence to function’s sourcing and location strategy.
• Support the hiring strategy in recruiting people with the right skills, experience and mindset to be open to new challenges and different ways of working.
• Work with the HR IT Chapter Leads to ensure that staff have access to the necessary information and training to upskill themselves
• Use the HR IT “Communities of Interest” (COIs) to perform retrospectives and self-reflection to drive “Brilliant Basics” and “Transformational” ideas.
• Identify, build and adopt tools that could be used to match resources with open roles and that support the concept of rotation within the function.
Your team
You’ll be working in the HRIT team based in our Krakow (Poland) office along with HR and IT colleagues around the world. We analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. As the HR IT Workforce Management Lead you will be instrumental is creating a more flexible and fungible workforce in line with client demand, which is key to HR and IT's success.

Your expertise
• Highly proficient in workforce management either as a PMO or HR role, preferably in an IT function
• Experience in building successful teams around the world.
• You are a strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to challenge, lead and influence.
• Able to operate at a business, functional and technical level with ease and confidence
• Has industrialized and operationalized a workforce management idea into a tangible solution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets through stories
• Ability to multi-task and manage your workload in a rapidly changing environment
• You are a collaborator across cross-functional teams from Finance, HR, Recruiting and HRIT
• Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent
• IPD qualified or PMO qualified is desirable
