Your role
Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving our business forward?
We’re looking for a business manager to:
• own a complex portfolio of Finance related topics from forecasting and execution tracking to actuals reporting
• manage a portfolio of projects ranging from ad-hoc tasks such as pulling a headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
• support and continuously improve the organizational design, including performing ad-hoc strategic and organizational analyses and supporting the maintenance and overview of our workforce
• work with a variety of global stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units (e.g. Finance)
• adhere to financial targets, evaluate and mitigate risks
• understand the priorities and strategic goals of our business
• instigate change initiatives that will drive the business forward
Your team
You’ll be joining the growing Operating Management team for Global Wealth Management Operations in Wroclaw. We’re looking to expand our Zurich based team and build up a competence center to support the regions Switzerland and Europe Domestic. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that Global Wealth Management Operations performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.
You'll be working closely with the regional Head of Operations and their management team. This role will provide the opportunity to grow and to expand your knowledge as well as your network across Global Wealth Management Operations.
Your expertise
• a university degree
• ideally 2-3 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
• very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• motivated and quick to learn new things
• excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• proactive, collaborative, service-oriented team player who is open for challenges
• always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
• fluent in English
• proficient with MS Office and associated packages
