Credit and Collections Specialist with German
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Collection role at least 1 year
- Knowledge of German on fluent level C1 (both verbal and written)
- Fluent English
- High level of customer service skills, including influencing/negotiation skills
- SAP practical knowledge
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
- Good time and task management
- Decision making and judgment skills
- Flexibility and readiness to work in dynamic environment
- Good team player, supporting junior team members if necessary
What will you do?
- Daily control over your own portfolio results: query resolution time, overdue invoices, DSO and bad-debt ratio
- Actively working the account until overdue balance is cleared, maintains a proactive working attitude towards the customers
- Daily work on customer queries within agreed timeframes, actively work on customer disputes resolution
- Discuss with client overdue status
- Continually considers improvement opportunities, strives to simplify and standardize processes
- Focuses on continuously developing business relationships
Main purpose of the role:
To act as a member of the Credit and Collection team and to ensure the team achieves its operational objectives and delivers a high quality service. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff. Deliver service in line with service levels and key measurement targets of the Credit and Collection team.
