Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to manage vendor and software contracts?

We are looking to add a Contract Manager to our Risk Technology Business Management team to deputize the Lead Business Manager as much as possible on numerous contracts across a large workforce population. This individual will:

• maintain and develop trustworthy client partnerships with the focus on compliance to processes,
• implement a quantitative forward-looking outsourcing demand plan (hiring plans) with measurable onboarding timelines
• define external vendor onboarding engagements and financial management that best meet our team´s needs, in cooperation with the over Finance, Risk & Analytics team
• provide high-quality contract updates for our line managers, working closely with business management team members and specialists from other areas and vendors
• grow vendor staffing footprint in line with our workforce strategy by managing external staff vendor relationships
• make sure external staff compliance, time booking, and invoicing are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective financial management culture within the team

You’ll be working in the Business Management team in Krakow, Poland and around the globe. We provide a world class contract management and global reach with significant opportunity for growth. This role benefits our business customers through facilitating our technology delivery capabilities. As a Contract Manager, you’ll play an important role in implementing the Risk Technology workforce strategy through regular contact with vendor and senior management stakeholders.

Your expertise

• able to prepare slide presentations for a senior audience
• great presentation skills, good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• previous experience in business management, ideally in managing vendor contracts
• knowledge of onboarding of external staff and vendor relationship and contract fulfillment measurements
• proven track record in finding solutions for resourcing in locations required
• great at building networks and connections (people want to know you)
• extremely organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management
• excellent communicator, with great presentation skills, able to prepare slide presentations for a senior audience
• fluent in English
