• Technical support of electronic banking system by phone and email
• Support and development of electronic banking systems on the Bank’s side
• Active participation in further development of systems and applications
• Cooperation with regional support and implementation units of the Bank's systems to solve problems and improve applied solutions
• Participation in projects related to Electronic Banking (new platforms, application development, new technologies)

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of technology and IT systems
• Good knowledge of English both in speaking and writing
• General knowledge of network
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team working and communication skills
• Communicativeness and high personal culture
• Commitment to entrusted duties and consistency in action

Additional qualifications:

• Higher education with technical or IT profile (or during studies)
• Experience of working with clients and Knowledge of Bank products
• IT support
• Ability to create Macros (VBA)
