In this role, you have the opportunity to

Initiate and drive integrated supply chain (ISC) global strategy across Philips’ existing HealthTech (medical devices) portfolio

You are responsible for

• Reviewing and recommending improvements to the development of integrated manufacturing and supply chain strategies to achieve company goals
• Initiating and driving strategy projects across Philips globally, leading to the formulation of actionable strategy recommendations.
• Identifying gaps and propose corrective action recommendation for manufacturing and supply chain improvements based on market, industry, and competitive trends.
• Conducting manufacturing and supply chain due diligence activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Leading multiple teams to take ownership of and conduct high quality, meaningful, evidence-based analyses in collaboration with various departments, businesses, and markets.
• Developing business cases based on analytics and competitive intelligence; comparing multiple alternative scenarios.
• Coordinating with content experts, businesses, and markets to develop innovative ISC based solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining partnership with the strategists for the different businesses and countries and help to define how supply chain strategies are developed and rolled out across Philips
• Providing a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
• Providing program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions

You are a part of

Global team focused on supply chain transformation. As an individual contributor, you will have a chance to lead a project teams as well as cooperate closely with Executive level on high priority projects/ improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Master’s is preferred
• 10+ years of overall experience, preferable with some experience in a top tier Strategy Consulting Firm
• 3 years in an operational transformation role for a top-tier technology oriented, multinational corporate, integrated healthcare or IT Solutions Provider
• Strong financial acumen. Knowledge of P&L and financial modeling
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Experience in driving supply chain strategy across hardware, software, and services
• Proven track record of creating significant impact in a multinational organization
• Willingness to travel (25%)
• Fluent English
