Customer Care Agent - temporary position
Workplace: Whole Poland

We are looking for available people from mid-October to mid-December this year to join 1st Line Customer Care Team on temporary position.

Are you studying / working and want to earn some extra money? Or maybe you have some free time for a while and collect money for a trip or a dream gadget? If so, you know English and you like contact with people, we invite you to cooperate.

Who we are looking for?

Miinto is a leading e-commerce platform in fashion operating in seven different countries across Europe. Right now, we are looking for a bunch of new people who will provide excellent customer care support. As a Customer Care Agent at Miinto you will be making a difference for our customers every day and it is essential that you understand the importance of each customer and take pride in handling issues in a swift and efficient manner to ensure that business runs smoothly, and the customers are happy.

The primary tasks are to:

  • Manage all contact channels for customers by providing excellent customer care service in English
  • Provide quick resolutions to inquiries regarding the website, products, returns and orders
  • Handle daily ad hoc tasks

Miinto offers:

  • Employment based on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
  • Salary 20 PLN gross/hour
