CRMS in Poland CSC provides credit risk associates' services to U.S. and EMEA business partners within Citibank.
The key objective of the Junior Risk Operations Specialist is to provide credit data management, policy advisory services and control related functions that facilitate and enhance the credit approval process.

Responsibilities:

This position is in Credit Risk Associates Team supporting US Team (late shift 3pm-11pm) and Junior Risk Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for:

• Process incoming credit requests and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Track approval progress during credit approval process.
• Ensure approvals are received in compliance with credit policy and internal procedures.
• Convert credit instructions/approvals into accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Maintain customers and facilities data in credit system.
• Understand data flows for all data elements.
• Investigate and resolve identified causes of data errors.

Qualifications:

• Good analytical skills (working with data elements, excel, and systems).
• Understanding of credit processes and operational processes (general knowledge).
• Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assignments within required deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and driven individual that works well within a team environment while serving in a lead role.
• Demonstrated problem recognition and resolution skills.

Education:

• University degree (Economics or Finance).
• Relevant experience.
