Main tasks
You are involved in all steps in the lifecycle of a software development starting with :
- Analyzing, resolving and documenting IT faults
- Implementation of changes in the production process as per change request
- Assurance of interrupted availability of the applications / services
- Manual intervention in automatic processes in conjunction with the product managers or on request
- Handling of changes/inicidents/problems with ticketing systems
- Analysis and optimization of IT-processes of our clients in the field of document lifecycle management
- Involvement in developing of IT-architecture within output-management
- Developing of solutions in POSY Outputfactory®
- Writing of organizational and technical concepts
Expectations
- General awareness of IT (e.g. what is network, server,OS, application, XML etc)
- English language minimum B2 level
- German language minimum B1 level
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of IBM-Mainframe
- Theoretical or practical knowledge of programming
- Basic knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
