Who we are looking for:
• University or post graduate degree in a relevant field;• Fluent English language (including business English);
• Prior experience as a project analyst in a related field;
• Previous experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Credit or Finance would be an asset;
• Strong understanding in project management and data analysis;
• Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Understanding of how large, multinational companies work. Ideally in the consumer products industry;
•Certification/industry qualifications in program management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and process design (e.g. LEAN/Six sigma green belt) would be an asset.

How can you make history with us?
• Support analysis of Order to Cash business processes executed in PMI affiliates to assist in defining migration potential and assessing enhancement opportunities;• Create and manage documentation of end-to-end Order to Cash ‘as is’ processes; including process, data, systems, etc. involved in the ‘as is’ process;
• Assist in designing ‘to be’ way of working, document and manage documentation of ‘to be’ processes; up to level 5, write desktop procedures for each role in an integrated way;
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications;
• Support Project Lead in defining project key stakeholders and applying adequate stakeholder’s management in order to retain their interest and commitment;
• Ensure proper and proactive communication using available tools (Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint etc.), keeping all involved parties up to date on performed analysis and project’s status;
• Identify, communicate and mitigate any risks that could potentially jeopardise the project;
• Help in implementation of PMI change management strategy to engage stakeholders on the goal and outcome of a project, motivate partners for change, manage resistance and address doubts and uncertainty;
• Support the Head of Order to Cash and Order to Cash Design & Deploy Manager to deliver on the long-term vision for PMI O2C;
• Track changes in the business case and track actuals of benefits after Go Live (actually delivered cost savings).
