Join an exciting team and help drive transformation on our digital journey. As an Application Administrator for our Enterprise Performance Management team you will build applications on the platform, provide run support, and user assistance. You will help our Finance community be more effective and efficient in their forecasting, planning, analysis and performance management activities. You will work with a cross functional team to achieve high impact outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and support user administration and role based access control on the platform
  • Conduct application and platform health checks and maintenance
  • Design and run process readiness, planning and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain process checks, validations and workflow
  • Create and support platform training
  • Troubleshoot end user issues
  • Work with a cross functional team to build practical and innovative solutions
  • Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty
  • Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
  • Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcomes

Required qualifications:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or equivalent
  • 5 years of finance information systems development and management
  • 5 years supporting applications on EPM platforms like CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan or TM1
  • Excellent listening comprehension and empathy
  • Concise and articulate written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate SQL
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing EPM solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion
  • Chartered Professional Accountant or equivalent
  • Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira or Asana
  • Proficient with SAP
