Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
GL Senior Accountant | Cracow

What you’ll do:
  • Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager
  • Act as process owner in assigned area of RTR – Intercompany expertise
  • Perform IC Reconciliations Process
  • Share the knowledge and expertise in a specific Intercompany business area, and for specific projects
  • Supporting other IC team members (process related clarifications, accounting expert advises)
  • Understand requisite knowledge that underlies effective analyses and describe to Team leader and/or Process Manager where anomalies or flaws may occur to help them with decision-making
  • Researching and resolving intercompany charge disputes
  • Develop strong intercompany relationships with Key Stakeholders
  • Perform MEC Intercompany activities
  • Support External Audit process
  • Process and DTP Standardization: identifying country specific and proposing common process
What you’ll need:
  • Very good language skills in English
  • Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems (JDE will be an asset)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Expertise in Intercompany will be an asset
  • International exposure and shared services experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic (trust, respect, we before me)
  • High level of integrity, accuracy and precision
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to analyze and react to problems or situations, ensuring that the overall process is not adversely impacted
  • Detailed oriented and self-starter
  • Interaction with all levels of management and diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Displays strong initiative and professionalism
  • Service oriented and professional working approach
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Leadership, project management skills can be an asset
