What you’ll do:
- Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager
- Act as process owner in assigned area of RTR – Intercompany expertise
- Perform IC Reconciliations Process
- Share the knowledge and expertise in a specific Intercompany business area, and for specific projects
- Supporting other IC team members (process related clarifications, accounting expert advises)
- Understand requisite knowledge that underlies effective analyses and describe to Team leader and/or Process Manager where anomalies or flaws may occur to help them with decision-making
- Researching and resolving intercompany charge disputes
- Develop strong intercompany relationships with Key Stakeholders
- Perform MEC Intercompany activities
- Support External Audit process
- Process and DTP Standardization: identifying country specific and proposing common process
What you’ll need:
- Very good language skills in English
- Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (JDE will be an asset)
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Expertise in Intercompany will be an asset
- International exposure and shared services experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong work ethic (trust, respect, we before me)
- High level of integrity, accuracy and precision
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to analyze and react to problems or situations, ensuring that the overall process is not adversely impacted
- Detailed oriented and self-starter
- Interaction with all levels of management and diverse stakeholders
