Your role

• program administration of two internal recertification programs: Living the Client Experience and Cultivating the Client Experience including content review, participant enrollment, correspondence and coordination, event and speaker management, marketing, learning management administration
• support program content creation, including content research, storyline review, PowerPoint creation
• support training delivery: use of learning management system and online tools
• solution-oriented approach to the processing of various tasks and coordination of business relevant
activities
• communicate and engage with senior management and business representatives independently
on a professional level
• support junior talent development programs as needed
Your team
You will be working in the GWM COO Operating Head Business Center Switzerland (BCCH) business sector as a member of the Advisory & Sales Academy based in Wroclaw. Our role, as an independent function, is to provide training and junior talent programs to the client advisors in the GWM BCCH sector. We provide this support by planning and delivering single and multi-day trainings in virtual and in-person settings and organizing the hiring and development of interns and graduates new to UBS. Our team success is based on lively exchange views, innovative working methods and cross-team collaboration. A wide spectrum of projects makes the day-to-day business extremely diverse.
Your expertise
• bachelor’s degree preferably in social sciences, finance or business administration
• previous experience in business management or project administration especially in program or event management
• an interest in training and people development
• very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• well organized, methodical with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives
at the same time
• ability to work equally well independently or as part of a dynamic team structure
• a reliable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• structured work style, excellent problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
• excellent English skills and good knowledge of German language
