Customer Service Advisor
We are looking to fill in the role of Customer Service Advisor with the English Language handling customers within the transport industry.
Presenting to customers our latest offer.
The person employed in this position will deal with telephone and e-mail service, as the main tool to support clients in their daily cooperation.
We need:
- Experience in customer service is welcome
- Availability for start immediately (40h / week),
- Ability to organize and work independently,
- Communicativeness and openness
- Knowledge of one:
- English - B2-C1
- French - C1 + English B2
- Dutch - C1 + English B2
- German - C1 + English B2
